President of the Board
Bryden brings a wealth of experience and a strong commitment to integrity as the President of our Board. With a background as a Certified Financial Planner (CFP®) and a Business Diploma from Assiniboine College, he is dedicated to fostering honest and fulfilling relationships with those he serves.
Known for his positive outlook, Bryden brings a sense of cheer to even the most complex financial discussions. Outside of his professional life, Bryden is a family man who enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and daughter. He stays active through sports such as golf, volleyball, and basketball.

Cody has served students, families, and staff with Medicine Hat Public School Division as a school administrator for over fifteen years and currently provides system leadership as the Associate Superintendent: Student Services. In 2020, he earned a Doctor of Educational Leadership from Gonzaga University, focusing on a leadership framework that fosters a culture of learning.
Committed to ensuring all students learn in inclusive and supportive environments, Cody brings a collaborative and positive energy to a range of initiatives. He enjoys spending time with his family and watching his children play volleyball and basketball. As a proud resident of Medicine Hat, he values the opportunity to live, work, and contribute to the community he calls home.

Ken served as the former President of our Board, bringing a strong foundation in law and a deep commitment to community engagement. A graduate of Thompson Rivers University, Ken’s legal expertise spans Civil Litigation, Family Law, Real Estate, Estate Planning, and Corporate Law. Known for his fair-mindedness and meticulous approach, Ken excels at resolving legal issues with efficiency and clarity.
Beyond his legal practice, Ken is an active community leader, contributing to organizations such as Medicine Hat Family Service and the YMCA of Medicine Hat. He also enjoys coordinating the local Miniature War-gaming League and playing baritone saxophone with the Medicine Hat Concert Band.

Teri-Anne Bowyer is a versatile professional. With a background in Political Science she has successfully navigated roles in education, student records management, and communications coordination. Teri-Anne's expertise spans social media management, website development, legislative research, and political consulting, complemented by her strong communication skills and proficiency in leveraging technology for strategic goals. Deeply committed to community service, she has served on numerous local boards, including sports organizations, cultural societies, and political associations, positioning her as a well-rounded board member capable of contributing meaningful insights and fostering positive change.
