Live and Learn - A
Group for All Ages
Live and Learn is a FREE, 8-week course designed
to create intergenerational dialogue,
understanding and empathy between the young and
the old. This course will focus on how the
differences between generations and how each
generation brings their uniqueness to the larger
community. Bring your knowledge, experience
and wisdom and share in some rich dialogue on some
of the following topics:
• Dealing With Our Emotions: loss, grief, fear,
anger, hurt
• Coping Strategies: burnout
• Perception and Communication
• Aging
• Values and Beliefs
Everyone is welcome - bring a friend!

Dates: Wednesdays, September 22 thru
November 10, 2010 from 1:00 pm - 3:00 pm at the
Veiner Center
